Financial Assistance from the Government
The government’s Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA) administers the following publicly funded financial assistance which ensure that no students in Hong Kong will be denied access to education because of lack of means.
Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) / Non-means Tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)
Full-time AD students may apply for FASP and/or NLSPS to finance their tuition and living expenses. Financial assistance will be provided in the form of grant and/or loan.
The Continuing Education Fund
The Part-time Professional Diploma (PD) programmes and individual courses of AD programmes have been included in the CEF list of reimbursable courses. Students may apply to the Office of CEF and claim reimbursement after successful completion of study.
