(I) In-person Application

2008/09 academic year first-term admission application period from 1st April 2008 to 18th August 2008 (The deadline for Mainland application is 10 July 2008)
Applicants should submit the following in person to the Registry, The Chinese University of Hong Kong - Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Community College, 8/F, 31 Wylie Road, Ho Man Tin, Kowloon:
1. Application form and
2. Application fee of HK$200 and
3. Copies of academic transcripts, certificates and examination results.

Applicants may also apply for admission to CUTW by completing and submitting the application form on-line at this website.
Applicants may be invited to attend interviews during the selection period.
We will notify all applicants of the results of their applications. Candidates should not assume that their applications are unsuccessful if they do not receive an immediate reply.
