| Professional Diploma in Travel Agency Management

Objectives
The programme aims to equip students with an overall understanding of the travel and tourism industry and its various sectors, enhance their understanding of service operations and the importance of quality services in the industry.
Duration of Study
One year. Students have to complete 3 modules within the study duration. The contact hours for each module are around 45 to be completed in 15 weeks. The total contact hours for each programme are 135.
Mode of Delivery Face-to-face instruction with lectures, seminars, case studies and projects, supplemented with field trip and site visits as deemed appropriate.
Medium of Instruction
Learning materials will be in both English and Chinese as deemed most appropriate.

Admission Requirements
- have 5 passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese, PLUS
- 2 years of working experience; OR
- have equivalent qualifications acceptable to the College; OR
- be a mature student aged 21 or above with at least one year of relevant working experience. Mature candidates will be interviewed.
